Bishop Bonnar: “But if we don’t change, we die. We can never ignore the fact that the Church is a dynamic reality always at the promptings of the Holy Spirit.”

Column | We need to be active participants in building up the Body of Christ
Bishop Bonnar: The National Eucharistic Revival has begun. This three-year initiative portends to be a grace-filled time in which we as a Church grow in reverence and appreciation of the real presence of Jesus in the holy Eucharist. As priests, we have a special responsibility to assist in this effort.

Column | Needs of the Church greater than our own
Bishop Bonnar: I have come to see first-hand that our priests love this Church and that they work so hard. In fact, many of our priests serve in multiple parishes or are responsible for more than one ministry. To a man, I have found that these holy men are willing to do whatever it takes to serve the faithful of this diocese.
