The Most Rev. David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, has made the following clergy assignments for transitional deacons who were ordained on June 4, 2022. All assignments are effective June 5, 2022 and continue for the coming year. For those with seminary formation also noted, parish assignments are for the summer, seminary breaks, and weekends.
 
Reverend Mr. Brook Benedict, to Saint Mary Parish, Saint Joseph Parish, and Saint Barbara Parish, Massillon; and Holy Family Parish, Navarre, under the supervision of Rev. Maciej Mankowski.  
 
Reverend Mr.  Robert England, to Saint Christine Parish and Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Youngstown, under the supervision of Rev. John Jerek, while continuing his seminary formation at Saint Vincent Seminary in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
 
Reverend Mr. John Rovnak, to Saint Michael Parish, Canfield, under the supervision of Very Rev. John-Michael Lavelle, while continuing his seminary formation at Saint Mary Seminary in Cleveland.
 
Reverend Mr. Frederick Schlueter, to Saint Anthony/All Saints Parish, Canton, under the supervision of Rev. Thomas Kraszewski, V.F., while continuing his seminary formation at Saint Mary Seminary in Cleveland.
