  Director of Continuous Improvement

 

Purpose:  Implementing and studying small changes with the goal of making lasting                                             improvements in the Catholic Schools.

Primary Duties:

  • Academic Improvement, including data review of standardized tests to measure improvement and a renewed focus on National Merit and similar programs, and working with HS College Counselors to raise the profile of Catholic school graduates (works closely with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction)
  • All aspects of OCSAA accreditation at the individual school level
  • Athletics

Qualifications

  • Practicing/ in good standing Catholic with an understanding of and commitment to Catholic education
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education / master’s degree in education curriculum or education leadership preferred
  • Supervisory and leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong work ethic
