Community Freedom Summit Freedom Walk at Walsh University by Not For Sale

Not For Sale: Ohio Community Freedom Summit

Human Trafficking is an industry that generates over 150 billion dollars a year, with 49.6 million people enslaved worldwide. In the United States, it’s estimated over 100,000 children are trafficked per year and that number is rising.

‘Not for Sale, One Step at A Time’ exists to shine a light on some of the most important things to understand about sex trafficking and labor trafficking including: how to identify the signs; who the traffickers are; who the victims are; and how parents can help protect their children.

They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a focus on education and prevention by raising awareness of human trafficking. Their mission is to equip and educate with resources that will empower the community to take action. They partner with local agencies, organizations, and law enforcement to end this tragedy and provide care for survivors. Their passion is to use their voice and work together within the community across Stark County, the state, and around the world.

Each year ‘Not for Sale, One Step at A Time’ hosts a Community Freedom Summit and One-Mile Freedom Walk in partnership with Walsh University. This year, it is taking place on Saturday, September 28th at Walsh University. All are invited to attend.
