The Diocese of Youngstown is an affiliate of the National Catholic Partnership on Disability (NCPD). Our Diocesan Library and Office of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry can offer materials or courses to support your ministries with and for people with disabilities, often for free or at a discount.
