Parish History

Queen of the Holy Rosary was built in 1978 as a privately-owned chapel served by Fr. John F. Roach, a retired priest of the Youngstown Diocese. The chapel became an official part of the diocese in 1991, and was erected as a Non-Territorial Parish in 1997.

Queen of the Holy Rosary celebrates the Mass in Latin according to the Missale Romanum of 1962 (the “Tridentine” Mass), and is served by priests of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP).
