Mr. Patrick Kelly, Chief Financial Officer of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Youngstown announced the recent sale of Our Lady of the Wood Pastoral Center.  The property located at 3014 Logan Avenue was sold on April 15, 2020 to Woodland Cellars Properties, LLC.  The General Partner is Nate Wilson.  The Diocese of Youngstown Property Corporation acquired the property on September 19, 2003 from the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, who operated the Sacred Heart Retreat and Renewal Center.    The new owner’s plan is to operate the property as a vineyard and winery.
