Luke Politsky
Director of Development & Stewardship
Luke Politsky is the diocesan Director of Development & Stewardship. He works closely with donors, parishes, diocesan ministries, the Diocese of Youngstown Foundation, and the Diocesan Stewardship Commission to promote stewardship as a way of life through a variety of initiatives, programs, and campaigns, including the Annual Bishop’s Appeal. Luke is a member of the International Catholic Stewardship Council and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Mahoning-Shenango Chapter, which he serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
He is a parishioner of St. Columba Cathedral Parish in Youngstown and Holy Family Parish in Poland, where he serves in various ministries including liturgy, art and environment, music, parish pastoral council, and the Celebrate program. Luke is an adjunct faculty member in the Youngstown State University Honors College, and enjoys community involvement including serving on the boards of the Youngstown State Newman Center and Simply Slavic, and as a member of the Youngstown Rotary Club.
