Judging has been completed and two of CTNY’s works have been selected by the academy to receive a 2020 Telly Award. CTNY won a Silver Telly Award for “Spotlight,” with host Fr. James Korda and guest Bob Elder, who told his personal story of clergy sexual abuse. A Bronze Telly Award was given for the two-part series called “Power to Protect, Pledge to Heal,” on clergy sexual abuse. Participants in that series included Bishop George Murry, Msgr. John Zuraw, diocesan chancellor and Delphine Baldwin-Casey, investigator for child protection.

CTNY has received a total of 14 Telly Awards over the years.
