The Most Rev. David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, has made the following Clergy Assignments, effective as of September 1, 2023.


Clergy – Priests
 
Very Reverend Michael D. Balash, as sacramental minister at Saint William Parish, Champion, Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish, Vienna, and Saint Robert Parish, Cortland in addition to his current responsibilities as Vicar for Clergy and Director of the Office of Worship.
 
Reverend Chad Johnson, from parochial vicar at Saint William Parish, Champion, Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish, Vienna, and Saint Robert Parish, Cortland to pastor of Saint Jude Parish, Columbiana, and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in East Palestine in addition his current responsibilities as Diocesan Vocation Director and Chaplain of Ursuline High School.
 
Reverend Robert Lanterman, as parochial vicar at Saint Columba Cathedral, Saint Edward Parish and Holy Apostles Parish in Youngstown and as Curator of Patrimony for the Diocese of Youngstown in addition to his current responsibility as Archives Clerk for the Diocesan Archive Office.

Reverend David Misbrener, from pastor of Saint Jude Parish, Columbiana, and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, East Palestine, and as Curator of Patrimony for the Diocese of Youngstown, to rector of the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist Parish, and pastor of Saint Peter Parish in Canton.

Very Reverend John Sheridan, V.F., as Adjutant Judicial Vicar in addition to his recently announced assignment as pastor of Divine Mercy Parish in Massillon and as Dean of Stark County.
