Shout out to all 13 parish DREs and friends from all over Columbiana, Trumbull, and Mahoning counties who helped make Bishop Bonnar’s dream a reality!!! We had over 130 Confirmation candidates present and the day was full of prayer, worship, and bonding with candidates from other parishes. Thank you to Bishop Bonnar for coming out to not only celebrate a beautiful Mass, but to also speak with the candidates and their parents and sponsors! Thank you also to Fr. William Wainio who gave a wonderful, interactive presentation on the Jubilee Year of Hope and what that means for the Young Church. The day was a group effort and we are truly grateful for the community we have here in the Diocese of Youngstown. Please keep these Confirmation candidates, and all our candidates from across the Diocese, in your prayers as many prepare to receive the Sacrament this spring. Come, Holy Spirit!
