 Director of Continuous Improvement and Academic Programming

Essential Duties:

  • Serving as the Accreditation Advisor to the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association (OCSAA) and as the liaison between the school and the OCSAA
  • Designing and implementing academic improvements across the Diocese of Youngstown schools
  • Working with the Office of Catholic School staff to promote the Catholic Identity and Mission of our Schools

This position requires familiarity with accreditation processes for K-12 schools.

Shared Duties:

  • Administrator professional development
  • Working with schools, educators, administrators, and parents

Qualifications:

  • Practicing Catholic and in good standing with the Church and an understanding and commitment to Catholic Education
  • Experience in educational leadership
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in education/ master’s degree in education curriculum or education leadership preferred
  • Supervisory/ leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards
