Director of Continuous Improvement and Academic Programming
Essential Duties:
- Serving as the Accreditation Advisor to the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association (OCSAA) and as the liaison between the school and the OCSAA
- Designing and implementing academic improvements across the Diocese of Youngstown schools
- Working with the Office of Catholic School staff to promote the Catholic Identity and Mission of our Schools
This position requires familiarity with accreditation processes for K-12 schools.

- Administrator professional development
- Working with schools, educators, administrators, and parents
Qualifications:
- Practicing Catholic and in good standing with the Church and an understanding and commitment to Catholic Education
- Experience in educational leadership
- Data collection and analysis
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in education/ master’s degree in education curriculum or education leadership preferred
- Supervisory/ leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards
