Director of Marketing
Stark County Catholic High Schools is in search of a Director of Marketing to serve on its administrative team in a full-time capacity serving the community of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Stark County, Ohio. The Director works in association with the Administrative team and reports directly to the President of Stark County Catholic High Schools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous experience working in marketing Leadership, marketing and collaborative skills
A familiarity with and an appreciation for the mission of Catholic education
Duties Include:
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations plan that promotes Thomas Aquinas High School to the general public and internal stakeholders
- Articulate STA image to effectively communicate the value of a Catholic education as experienced at STA
- Coordinate logo, colors, and other standards for all marketing materials
- Design and oversee creation of promotional materials
- Manage social media marketing and digital marketing including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, electronic communications and e-newsletter, print advertising and digital advertising
- Manage school’s video marketing campaigns and promotions on YouTube and other social platforms
- Identify and optimize press opportunities, manage relationships with local media outlets, and create interest in the school through regular contact with the media Complement the work of the Development and Enrollment departments
- Identify events, marketable moments, and relationship-building opportunities with constituents (partner schools, parishes, alumni, prospective students, current families, etc.) and analyze return on investment
- Oversee marketing budget
- Develop short-term and long-term goals in cooperation with the President
Remain informed in the field of marketing and communication to keep school up to date on industry trends
- Coordinate efforts with the marketing director of the East Stark County feeder schools and with any internship programs
- Other duties as assigned by the President
