Personnel Reports and Catechetical Reports Deadline Quickly Approaching! (10/13/26)

The Office of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry has requested that parish ministers provide updated information regarding their new ministry year via the online or hard-copy Catechetical Reports and the personnel print-outs. These were provided at the August 26 Day of Prayer and Preparation and via mail. 

Thanks to those who already have submitted one or both reports, in advance of the October 13 deadline. We utilize your information for reports we need to submit.
