Personnel Reports and Catechetical Reports Are Past Due But Still Requested!

The Office of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry THANKS those who submitted their hard-copy or online Parish Catechetical Reports and returned the personnel print-outs with updates. These were provided at the August 26 Day of Prayer and Preparation and via mail/email. 

For those parish ministers who missed the October 13 deadline, we hope you will be returning them VERY SOON. We utilize your information for reports we need to submit. Yes, “better late then never” is an appropriate phrase here, but late needs to be soon! Thank you in advance.

Additionally, we also need the all “Parish Ministers” (authorized by a Pastor/DPA) to submit a 2026 PARISH MINISTER CONTACT PREFERENCES & PRE-REGISTRATION form to be added to a newly-created mailing list.  Even if due to other work or family responsibilities you will not be participating in the meetings, retreats and workshops offered, if you want to receive information from our office, will need you to complete and return this form.  THANK you for helping us create the new mailing/emailing/contact list.  We can email the form to you upon request, or you can download from:
