Young People: Are You Scared to Talk about Abortion?

Don’t worry, almost everyone is afraid to talk about abortion. Either we think the subject is too impolite, or we don’t want to be branded an intolerant fanatic, or we’re afraid we won’t represent the pro-life side well enough.

On Saturday, May 18th, Ohio Right to Life, Students for Life of America and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Toledo are sponsoring an apologetic conference for students entitled “Persuasive Pro-Life” at the St. Thomas More Newman Center at the Ohio State University from 10 am – 2:30 pm. Cost is $20.00 per person. Scholarships available.

Trent Horn, author and speaker, and Savannah Marten of the Ohio Pregnancy Center Coalition will help you overcome fear and equip you to become a bold and effective apologist for life.

For more information contact Dave Schmidt in the Youngstown Diocese’s Office of Pro-Life, Marriage and Family Life at dschmidt@youngstowndiocese.org or 330-744-8451 ext. 272. See the flyer in this month’s attachments folder: https://bit.ly/apr2024comm
