The Director of Human Resources provides development, oversight, support, and advisement in the area of human resources for the diocesan Central Services offices. The areas of responsibility include development of sound policies and procedures relative to applicable employment law, recruitment, selection, compensation, training, dispute resolution, terminations, and investigations into sensitive diocesan matters.
