David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, will be the principal celebrant, with the diocese’s priests as concelebrants. All are welcome.

After Mass, there will be an outdoor tented reception on the cathedral campus. The diocesan Archives Office will also present an indoor historical display of the diocese’s history. The display will open before Mass, at 2 p.m., and again after Mass, and will be located in the diocesan conference room and accessed via the main diocesan office entrance on Elm Street.
