Director of Liturgy & Sacred Music ~ St. Jude & Our Lady of Lourdes, Columbiana / East Palestine
Under the supervision of the Pastor, the Director of Liturgy & Sacred Music is a full-time position that provides for the appropriate preparation and coordination
Facilities and Grounds Worker – Christ Our Savior Parish, Struthers
Able to do general custodial cleaning, repairs, set up and tear down for church and school events, and seasonal work (which may include evenings and weekends).
Director of Music – St. Charles Borromeo Church, Boardman
The Director of Music will be accountable for all aspects of the music ministries at Saint Charles Borromeo Church.
Maintenance Worker – Holy Apostles Parish, Youngstown
Routine maintenance activities to keep buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Address urgent unsafe conditions, remove snow and debris from steps/walkways in a timely manner.
Director, Sunny Days Preschool/Daycare at St. Rose Parish (Girard)
Saint Rose Parish is seeking a full-time Director of its Sunny Days Preschool, Daycare, and before and after school programs.
Maintenance (PT) | St. Luke Church (Boardman)
St. Luke Church is looking for a part time maintenance person.
Guidelines for Application for Diocese of Youngstown Ministry Positions
Persons currently employed as a Parish Minister in the Diocese of Youngstown may send a cover letter and a resume directly to the pastor, and are asked to notify Barbara Walko, Diocesan Director of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry, of any applications or for consultation services.
Interested persons not currently employed in a parish of the Diocese of Youngstown are asked to:
- Submit a letter of interest, resume, transcripts and references to the Diocesan Director of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry to initiate selection and to receive information regarding positions available.
- Set an appointment with the Diocesan Director of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry or the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for orientation to diocesan guidelines for certification and employment procedures.
- Send a letter of interest and resume directly to parishes and notify Barbara Walko of any application.
