New Department of Communications and Personnel Appointments
Press Release | The Most Rev. David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, has established a new Department of Communications for the Diocese of Youngstown, effective July 1, 2022, integrating all communications and publishing operations, including internal and external communications as well as operations and personnel of The Catholic Exponent (the diocesan newspaper) and the Catholic Telecommunications Network of Youngstown (CTNY, the diocese’s radio, television, and multimedia ministry).

Msgr. John Zuraw Appointed Vicar General
Press Release | The Most Reverend David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, announces the appointment of Msgr. John Zuraw as a Vicar General, effective July 1, 2022, with responsibilities as Moderator of Parish, School, and Ministerial Leadership and for external operations of the diocese. Msgr. Robert Siffrin will also continue to serve as Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia, with responsibilities for internal operations of the diocese.
