In light of last weekend’s announced parish collaborative unit for Saint Michael the Archangel Parish in Canton and Saints Philip and James Parish in Canal Fulton, the Most Rev. David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown announces the following appointments:
Clergy Assignments – Priests:
Reverend Benson Okpara as pastor of Saints Philip and James Parish, Canal Fulton in addition to his current responsibilities as pastor of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, Canton, effective July 1, 2024.
Clergy Assignments Deacons:
Deacon Mark Fuller, as deacon at Saints Philip and James Parish, Canal Fulton in addition to his current diaconal responsibilities at Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, Canton, effective July 1, 2024.
Deacon Philip Tischler, as deacon at Saints Philip and James Parish, Canal Fulton in addition to his current diaconal responsibilities at Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, Canton, effective July 1, 2024.
