The Most Rev. David J. Bonnar, Bishop of Youngstown, announces that he has received notification from the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Clergy that the Dicastery has dispensed Mr. Brook Benedict, a deacon of the Diocese of Youngstown, from sacred celibacy and from the obligation connected to Sacred Ordination.
