Compliance Officers must submit a Change of Location Form to the Safe Environment Coordinator to add a new person to their Safe Environment Master Report or to request records from other locations. Individuals can be removed/inactivated by emailing the Safe Environment Coordinator at dcolucy@youngstowndiocese.org. Compliance Officers should monitor the compliance status of individuals at their location via the VIRTUS database.
