ABOUT
As Vicar General, Very Rev. Msgr. John Zuraw, J.C.L. is appointed to oversee the management of the diocesan offices. In addition to his role as Moderator of the Curia, Msgr. Zuraw serves as diocesan coordinator for the worldwide Synod and head of other special projects. This office is the primary point of contact for policies and procedures of the diocesan central offices.
SPEAKER APPROVAL
On Monday, May 6, 2024, the Presbyteral Council of the Diocese of Youngstown approved a policy for speakers presenting on topics of faith and morals within the diocese. Directives along with the Diocesan Speaker Request Form are below.
