This webinar will share some exciting updates about exclusive content from OSV, Annual Diocesan Appeal materials, diocesan social media, and more.
On Tuesday, February 10 at 12 pm ET, we’ll be going over these updates and ensure you get access to all the content you need ahead of Lent. (RSVP here)
This will primarily be done through Catholic Social Media.
Catholic Social Media is an all-in-one social media scheduling platform filled with ready-to-use Catholic content, templates, and diocesan resources — and it is being made available to your parish free of charge.
Our hope is that this tool helps you strengthen your parish’s digital presence, communicate more effectively with parishioners, and save you valuable time each week. Catholic Social Media is designed to work alongside tools you already use, like Flocknote, your bulletin, and your parish website, and their support team has a strong track record of helping parishes succeed.
During this training, you’ll learn how to log into the platform, set up your account, and connect your parish’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
More importantly, we’ll focus on what this means for your parish right now, including:
- How to access Our Sunday Visitor (OSV) content directly inside Catholic Social Media: This is a major value add and an exclusive benefit for parishes in our diocese. You’ll see how to quickly find and schedule trusted OSV content without searching multiple websites or libraries.
- How to find and use appeal resources and promotional materials: We’ll walk through where appeal-related content lives in the platform and how to easily incorporate it into your parish’s communication plan.
- Ideas, templates, and practical help for promoting parish fish fries or events this Lent: You’ll leave with ready-to-use examples and content ideas you can implement immediately — no design or copywriting experience required.
You’ll also see the broader range of content available to you, including social media posts, videos, bulletin inserts, and flyers from diocesan offices such as: <INSERT LIST>.
Our hope is that, after this training, Catholic Social Media becomes your go-to hub for diocesan digital resources, helping you communicate more clearly, consistently, and confidently — while giving you time back in your week.
