Our Sunday Mass: Ministry to the Homebound

The Diocese of Youngstown shares Our Sunday Mass by distributing DVDs and secure download links to retirement/nursing homes and prisons within our six-counties, providing seasonal Missalettes to the homebound by mail, and posting the Mass online.
ENCOUNTER 2026

Save the date of March 14, 2026 for our next diocesan youth convention “Encounter MERCY”! The day will take place on the grounds of Walsh University and will include a keynote speaker, dynamic breakout sessions, dinner, a Holy Hour with Reconciliation, and Holy Mass. Open to high schoolers (grades 9-12). We can’t wait to see you there!
Chrism Mass

Parishioners from across the Diocese representing the parishes, missions and schools in the six county Catholic Diocese of Youngstown will demonstrate the unity of the diocesan Church as they gather at the Cathedral of Saint Columba in Youngstown for the Mass of Holy Chrism on Holy Tuesday, the last Tuesday before Easter.
“ARISE” – Young Adult Summer Festival

Hangout with other young adults (ages 18-39) from counties all across the diocese for a day of worship, learning, and community.
