Lifelong Learning Courses: Adult Faith Formation Opportunities, new courses coming in January
“Whoever is called ‘to teach Christ’ must first seek ‘the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus’…From this loving knowledge of Christ springs the desire to proclaim him, to “evangelize”, and to lead others to the “yes” of faith in Jesus Christ. But at the same time the need to know this faith better makes itself felt.” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, #428 – 429)
Are you over the age of 18 and wanting to grow deeper in your faith?
Do you want to learn something new about the Catholic Church and its’ teachings?
The diocesan office of Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry staff are pleased to offer Lifelong Learning sessions that can help all people, regardless of their role in the parish, Catholic school or diocesan office/agency to experience new understandings of belief and practice.
A new lineup of courses, both for core hours and general hours, will be available starting in January, so be sure to check back with us early in the new year!
