The Diocese of Youngstown is sponsoring a Wedding Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, October 26th, 2:00 p.m. at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Canton, honoring couples observing their 25th, 40th, 50th, and over wedding anniversaries in 2025.

- Gold Mass: Sunday November 23rd at 4pm at the Cathedral of St. Columba – Organ and choir concert at 2:45pm with Mass at 4pm and dinner afterwards.

- New Mass Texts for September 5 – Optional Memorial for Saint Teresa of Calcutta – The Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, by a decree issued June 24, 2025, has confirmed the English and Spanish translations of the Collect and suggested Lectionary readings for the Optional Memorial of Saint Teresa of Calcutta on September 5th.
- Upcoming Parish Music Events (Bulletin Materials) – Join us for live music events at: Astralis Chamber Ensemble: 9/17 at 6:30pm at St. Blaise Parish, St. Joseph Church (Austintown).
- FDLC Webinar Series – The webinar series “Ars Celebrandi: Something More is Required” is now posted free on the FLDC website (video and handouts). They would serve as an excellent formation piece for Parish Liturgy Committees and/or Parish Adult Faith Formation sessions.
- Gold Mass: Sunday November 23rd at 4pm at the Cathedral of St. Columba – Organ and choir concert at 2:45pm with Mass at 4pm and dinner afterwards.
- NCYC 2025 – The National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis, IN is an annual conference hosted by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. The Diocesan Office of Youth and Young Adult Accompaniment is providing the opportunity for youth groups to attend with the larger diocesan Young Church this year!
- Theology on Tap – Theology on Tap is an invitation to young adults (18-39) to delve deeper in their faith and in community with other members of the Church.
- Save-the-Dates: Youth & Young Adult Ministry Events in 2025 – Save these dates, and check in periodically for an updated list of events!
- Emmaus: New Young Adult Speaker Series – Emmaus is a series of events put on by collaborating parishes in Stark County for Young Adults, ages 18-39, from various backgrounds/parishes. The mission of Emmaus is inspired by Luke 24; it is for young adults in Stark County within the Diocese of Youngstown to journey together and grow in authentic faith and fellowship, to empower them to go forth and live the Gospel.
- 2025-2026 DOY Catholic Schools Calendar Available – The Office of Catholic Schools has published the calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.

- Lunch and Learn: Planning Ahead as a Gift of Love (Bulletin Materials) – Lunch and Learn at All Souls Cemetery (Cortland) or Dinner and Discuss at Calvary Cemetery (Massillon) on June 18.
- Cemetery Open House Week: June 9-13 (Bulletin Materials) – Please join us for our Cemetery Open House on June 9-13 from 9 am-4 pm at all four of the Diocesan Cemeteries. All are welcome!
- Memorial Service for Miscarried or Stillborn Children (Bulletin Materials) – If you know someone who has suffered the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth, please invite them to a Memorial Service on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
- Rosary at the Cemetery Chapel on the 1st Wednesday at 10am (Bulletin Materials) – Pray the Rosary on the first Wednesday of the month at 10:00am in the Chapel of any of our four Diocesan Cemeteries.
- Chaplet of Divine Mercy (Bulletin Materials) – Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services offers the Chaplet of Divine Mercy Prayer Service in the chapels of our four Cemeteries at 3:00p.m. every Friday at alternating locations.
